Gale has worked for the FBI since 2005, providing services to victims of federal crimes. She has been deployed to several mass casualty incidents around the country, including the Sandy Hook school and Pulse Nightclub shootings. Karen has provided training and informational presentations to thousands of individuals, schools, and businesses throughout Iowa.
