  1. Newton Community Theatre Presents: "Girls Weekend," written by Karen Schaeffer and directed by Mel Wilson

    October 12, 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM

As the story begins, four Iowa women arrive at a north-woods cabin to drink some wine, share some laughs and discuss their club's latest book. But as with many book clubs, the book gets tossed aside in favor of juicier subjects - in the women's case, the men they left behind. Middle-aged Meg and her 20-something daughter Ellie are each cagey about their new romantic prospects while Carol is anything but. Be prepared to laugh! The box office is staffed weekdays from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm and 6:30 - 8:00 pm, and one hour before each show. Please note: Mature Audience/Adult Content!
