Meeting Room - Capacity 60 people
The Newton Public Library offers a large meeting room to the public that may be used for conferences or meetings by organizations engaged in non-profit educational, charitable, intellectual or cultural activities. The meeting room may be not reserved for private business events or meetings. Reservations are accepted for the library's meeting room on a first come, first served basis. Groups are limited to one regularly scheduled meeting per month. Meetings at the Newton Public Library must be free and open to the public. Outside food and beverages are permitted inside the meeting room. For additional information regarding meeting room policies, please see the Library Policies.

Public Conference Room - Capacity 10 people
The library's public conference room, located in the main library, may be used for small meetings or conferences. The room may be reserved for organizations engaged in non-profit educational, charitable, intellectual or cultural activities. The conference room may be not reserved for private business events or meetings. The conference room may be reserved on a first come, first served basis, during the library's regular business hours. Food is not permitted in the conference room. Meetings at the Newton Public Library must be free and open to the public. Outside food is not permitted in the conference room. Study Rooms
The library offers four study rooms on a first come, first served basis. Each room has a built-in table, electrical outlet, WiFi access, and two chairs. Reservations are not accepted for study rooms. Outside food is not permitted in the study rooms. Capacity: 2 people per room.
Technology
Due to staffing constraints, library staff is not able to set up or troubleshoot technology. Meeting organizers should bring their own laptops, if they need one. If you have questions or concerns about technology, please contact the library prior to your meeting date for assistance
