Their goal is to foster economic growth, enhance aesthetics, and promote the vibrancy of our downtown district. The City provides financial assistance and guidance through grant programs that align with the City's vision and goals.

The Downtown Grant Review Board reviews grant applications and holds holds public meetings to discuss grant applications. Members of the board carefully evaluate grant applications based on established criteria, including alignment with downtown development plans, potential economic impact, and community benefit. The board then provides City Council with a recommendation to approve, deny, or approve with conditions. The City Council has the final decision on all applications.
