Firefighters participated in the Hot Dogs & Helmets event on Friday, July 12. Organizer Joe Urias, the owner of MOJO Cycling of Newton, graciously donated children’s bike helmets to the Fire and Police Departments for distribution to children in Newton. These helmets are available free of charge from either the Fire or Police Departments. Please stop in at the Administrative Offices of either the Police or Fire Departments, located in the City Administration Building. Quantities are limited, so don’t delay.
