Christmas tree collection in the City of Newton occurs the first full week of January. For City of Newton residents, the collection begins on January 6, 2020 and goes through January 10, 2020.
Real Christmas trees should be placed on the curb with your normal garbage pick-up. Do not place your tree in a bag. Please have all items cleared off of trees before placing it on the curb – this includes tinsel, garland, lights, etc. Artificial trees are not accepted as part of this collection.
