HIRTA’s servers will be replaced beginning on October 28th, 2020. HIRTA anticipates interruptions to their phone and email lines from October 28 through October 29.
To prepare for this, we advise riders to schedule all possible rides in advance of 10/28/2020. In order to best serve our customers, we are suspending the will-call service for October 28 and October 29. HIRTA is expected to resume the will-call service on October 30.
