The Colorado based "Mid-Century Style Magazine" has featured an article about Newton's newly established historic downtown district.
The online blog magazine is "about all things Mid-Century with an emphasis on preservation and recreation of lost styles and passions from the the 1950’s and 1960’s."
A special thanks to the Rita Reinheimer, Historic Preservation Commissioner, who served as the project coordinator on the district nomination process. In addition, we want to thank all of the City's Historic Preservation Commissioners for their time and effort spent toward this effort: Fred Chabot, Chair; Larry Hurto, Vice-Chair; Mary Jo Niskin; Sue Smith; and Rita Reinheimer.
