5/15, 6pm – Yoga
– This class is outdoors, weather permitting.  In the Library Meeting Room if raining. The class fills up really quickly, we encourage participants to register asap if they’re interested in coming.

5/18, 6pm – Iowa’s Hidden Treasures – Dan Kaercher is hosting a program on the best things to do & see in Iowa.  (Historic sites, great restaurants, small towns, big-city attractions, museums, parks, etc…).  Dan is the retired editor of Midwest Living Magazine and an Iowa Public Television host. A great program for people looking for fun road trip ideas that don’t require a lot of money or time in the car.

Pets Reading Contest
– May is National Pets Month, so we are inviting people to post photos of their pets “reading” library books.  Participants will need to post their photos to the Library Facebook page, or tag the Library on Instagram.  A few winners will be picked at random to prizes.  Photos due by May 27th.
