Police Week 2017 is schedule for the week of May 15th. The annual Jasper County Law Enforcement Memorial will be held on May 18th at 5:30 PM on the north courthouse lawn. The Newton Police Department will be honoring the life and service of Officer Bobby Barrickman, Officer Daniel McPherren and Lieutenant Patrick Richardson.
