Kindergarteners from the Newton, Colfax-Mingo and the Newton Christian School had the opportunity to learn about bus safety, stranger danger and crossing the street safely at the Police Department’s annual Safety City program. The event was very successful with kids having more confidence in their daily travels throughout the city.
