The Zoning Board of Adjustment met on September 5th and reviewed a conditional use permit a detached garage at 822 South 6th Avenue West and a parking and setback variance application for Scooter’s Coffee, proposed to be located at 1126 1st Avenue E.
The conditional use permit for the proposed detached garage at 822 South 6th Avenue West was approved with the condition that downspouts be directed to the west, away from the neighbors.
The variance for Scooter’s Coffee was tabled until the next meeting, scheduled for October 3rd, so that the applicant could revise their plan and provide feedback on other potential circulation arrangements.
