The license fee for unaltered animals is $25. For those renewing their pet licenses this year, the deadline is March 31, 2023, to avoid a $20 late fee. The tag(s) will be mailed by the Newton Police Department upon receipt of this form. A 3.95% process fee is applied by our vendor.
This forms is meant for residents of the State of Iowa who reside within the city limits of Newton. if you live in rural Jasper County, another city or another state, do not complete this form.

A late fee of $20 per pet license renewal will be applied after March 31. Tags will not be sent until late fees are paid. There is a section at the bottom of the form to add late fees.
